While there are several fine French restaurants at Paris, we have yet to clock enough time at the (dining) tables there to really make a judgement call, other than on the buffet, which MUST be experienced. Some tell us that the French steakhouse at the Paris is pretty elegant eating.

Pinot Brasserie – The Venetian

Admirably, even under fire as the Venetian struggled open during Interop ‘99, the Pinot Brasserie delivered fine French cuisine without the fine French snobbery. Pinot may be the one of the best restaurants at The Venetian, all the more ironic because of the Italian theme of the hotel.
